INTERNATIONAL WOMEN STUDENTS MEET SHONA ROBISON MSP

Q&A AND POLITICS DISCUSSION HELD AT AL-MAKTOUM COLLEGE IN DUNDEE

Dundee City East MSP, Shona Robison, met with international women students at a special Q&A session held at the Al-Maktoum College of Higher Education. The meeting was held on Friday 9th February for international students taking the 25th Academic Training Programme in Multiculturalism and Leadership. Commenting, Shona said: “I’ve been pleased to be a regular visitor to the Al-Maktoum College for a number of years now, and was delighted to return to speak to a new group of international students undertaking their studies. “We had a great session, with some excellent questions bringing an international perspective to local and domestic policies in Dundee and across Scotland. It was also a great opportunity to highlight the work being done by the SNP Scottish Government. “The Al-Maktoum College is an outstanding symbol of diversity in the heart of Dundee, and I’m glad to be able to play an ongoing role in supporting its excellent work.” Shona Robison MSP is an Honorary Fellow of the Al-Maktoum College.
